DESCRIPTION:Notre Dame School of Milwaukee is hosting a Book Bazaar this summer to help students build home libraries and stay engaged with reading all summer long. All students in Grades K3 to 8 will be invited to choose books to take home and keep—supporting a love of reading and helping prevent the “summer slide.” \nWhere: Mother Caroline Campus Library\, 1425 S. 26th St.\, Milwaukee\, WI \nWhen: Book drop-off is available weekdays from June 25 to July 20\, between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Closed July 3) \nHow You Can Help: We need your help to make the Book Bazaar a success! \n– Send Amazon or Barnes & Noble gift cards to help us purchase high-interest books \n– Donate new and like-new books (see detailed guidelines below) \n📚 Book Donation Guidelines \nWe welcome donations of new and like-new books for children ages 0–13\, especially: \n\nBooks in Spanish (all ages)\nBoard books\nBeginning readers\nEarly chapter books\nGraphic novels\n\nWe regret that we cannot accept the following: \n\nDirty\, dusty\, wet\, chewed\, ripped\, bent\, folded\, highlighted\, doodled upon\, written in\, moldering\, or mildewed books\nBooks missing covers\, pages\, or parts\nVintage or obsolete books\nNonfiction published more than 10 years ago\nLibrary discards\nTextbooks and curriculum materials\nEncyclopedias\nAudio cassettes\, VHS tapes\, or DVDs\n\nQuestions? \nPlease contact us at development@notredamemke.org!
