David joined Notre Dame from Chicago where he completed the Inner City Teaching Corps and taught middle school math and science in Catholic and charter schools such as LEARN and KIPP. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from North Park University in Chicago, completed his teaching certification as well as his Masters in Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University. David was also a Fulbright scholar researching at-risk youth interventions in Italy.
