  1. What is the tuition cost for the K3 program at NDSM?
    1. The 2024-2025 tuition cost is $6,479.00. We have done a cost analysis of our area and we are offering a slightly lower tuition to our families at NDSM compared to what you will find with other programs.
  2. What is included in the tuition? 
    1. Program day from 8am-3:30pm (Times are subject to change) 
    2. Lunch and snack.
    3. Developmentally appropriate curriculum.
    4. Highly trained and certified early childhood education staff 
    5. English and Spanish dual language program.
  3. What is the cost for the before and after school program?
    1. Before care begins at 7am and is no cost to NDSM families.
    2. The cost is $5.00 an hour for the after school program.
  4. What if I can’t afford the tuition? 
    1. If you can not afford the full tuition amount families are able to apply for Wisconsin Shares, which is a state-funded resource program to help families pay for quality early childhood education while parents work or attend school.
  5. Does my child have to be potty trained before they can start school.
    1. Yes. There are several potty breaks throughout the day and children can ask at any time to use the restroom. 
  6. Does my child have to have updated immunizations?
    1. Yes. It is state law to be in compliance with certain vaccinations.
  7. Does my child have to have a physical examination?
    1. Yes. Your child must have a physical examination on file no later than 3 months after being admitted to the school.
  8.  Will a uniform be required?
    1. Yes. All children in grades K3-8th are required to wear our school uniform. Information will be provided on cost, where to get uniform, etc.
  9.  If my child turns 4 years of age in September, would they be enrolled in the K3 or K4 program?
    1. To be eligible for K4, a child must be 4 years of age on or before September 1 of the year the child will enter school. If your child’s birthday is on September 2nd or after they can be enrolled into our K3 program.
  10.  Will my child be the oldest child in the K3 class if their birthday falls in September?
    1. It is possible that they may be the only child with a birthday in September but each child will be individualized through the curriculum to challenge them in their growth socially and academically.
