Rooted in faith and inspired by the mission of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, Together We Grow is a $15 million comprehensive campaign transforming Notre Dame School of Milwaukee. Through the generosity of our supporters, we are expanding access, improving facilities, and securing scholarships to ensure every child can reach their full potential. This campaign strengthens what makes NDSM extraordinary—our people, our programs, and our promise that every child is known, every family belongs, and every future is possible.
Faith, Family, and Futures: Our Vision for Growth
At Notre Dame School of Milwaukee (NDSM), growth has always been guided by faith and fueled by community. From our humble beginnings in 1996 with 26 middle school girls to a thriving network of three campuses serving more than 760 students from K3 through 8th grade, we have remained steadfast in our mission: to challenge students to reach their full potential and empower them to use their God-given gifts to transform their community.
Together We Grow builds on this foundation. It is more than a campaign—it is a shared promise to our students and families that NDSM will continue to provide an excellent, faith-filled, and bilingual education for generations to come.
A Transformative Campaign
The Together We Grow campaign was launched with a clear goal: to ensure that NDSM has the people, programs, and places needed to serve 900 students across three vibrant campuses. With a total goal of $15 million, this comprehensive campaign supports both capital improvements ($10 million) and a scholarship fund ($5 million)—investing in what matters most: our students and their futures.
This effort honors the legacy of the School Sisters of Notre Dame while boldly addressing the needs of today’s learners. It reflects the same faith, courage, and commitment that have defined our growth for nearly 30 years.
Our Campaign Priorities
1. Facilities that Inspire Learning
From flexible classrooms to welcoming outdoor spaces, the campaign is transforming our middle school campuses into environments that reflect our high expectations for learning and community, as well as provide the space needed to meet our growing enrollment demands.
Last renovated in the early 2000s, the Blessed Theresa Campus (girls middle school) received targeted updates that refresh and expand its existing strengths. These include LED lighting upgrades, security enhancements, chapel renovation, gym renovation, outdoor space, and the creation of an innovation space.
At the Saint Florian Campus, renovations will include new classroom and small group spaces, a library, a renovated gymnasium and locker room, safety and accessibility upgrades, and the creation of a trades, engineering, and innovation center.
Each campus reflects a deep respect for our history and a forward-looking vision that places students at the center of everything we do.
2. Scholarships and Access for All
We believe every child deserves the opportunity to receive an NDSM education, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances. Through this campaign, generous donors are helping to close the tuition assistance gap and expand scholarships so that our commitment to accessibility remains strong.

3. Strengthening Programs and People
Our students’ success depends on the talented, faith-filled teachers and staff who guide them every day. Campaign support enhances teacher development, academic enrichment, and programs such as STEM, the Visual and Performing Arts Initiative, and Graduate Support, ensuring NDSM continues to deliver excellence inside and outside the classroom.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, Together We Grow has nearly reached its $15 million goal. This achievement reflects the power of unity: families, alumni, donors, and partners coming together to expand opportunity for the next generation.
Already, our boys middle school has found a new home, classrooms have been refreshed, outdoor spaces have been renewed, and students are flourishing. Each gift, large or small, has helped transform not just buildings, but lives.
Still, our work continues. Every contribution strengthens NDSM’s capacity to serve more students, provide more scholarships, and nurture the next generation of leaders grounded in faith, bilingualism, and service.
